Collaboration with the National Council on Problem Gambling
October 2018 - January 2019
As part of my coursework, I designed and executed a roadshow campaign for Ngee Ann Polytechnic students and staff members. Throughout this campaign, I advocated for problem gambling issues and also incorporated behavioural modification strategies such as token economy systems.

What I have learnt
Besides having the opportunity to incorporate and test out psychological concepts taught in class (such as token economy systems), this roadshow experience has taught me that simply becoming informed about issues that I care for and sharing that information with people around me can help spread the word about important matters – instead of leaving such social issues to be tackled by the government and other organisations, I can play a part too.
