Mindfulness Hacks

As part of my final year project (FYP), I conducted a mindfulness workshop for ArcticStartup, my internship organisation. It was a two-hour session in which I shared stress management practices, techniques for better focus and concentration at work, and effective strategies for incorporating mindfulness in participants' daily lives.

The process of conceptualising and executing my FYP allowed me to consolidate the materials and concepts I have learnt in my course over the past 2 years. I was able to utilise my knowledge of psychological concepts, research skills, analytic skills, and event organisation skills, among others.
